Tackling the Florida Teacher Shortage

BloomBoard is working with districts across the state of Florida to develop sustainable talent pipelines while advancing and retaining educators through an on-the-job, degree-based instructional model. Unlike traditional or online teacher education programs, this on-the-job approach allows educators to earn a university degree by demonstrating what they know through their daily classroom work with students. Florida districts offering on-the-job, embedded pathways are becoming employers of choice and are more sustainably attracting, growing, and retaining top-notch educators.
